This is photos showing the scaffold boards production process of galvanized scaffold boards. 
The Scaffold Boards Raw material is the GI steel Coils. According to width, height and c profile design, the steel coil width, steel grade are different in sourcing.
Steel coil comes in with test report approved and MTC to ensure the quality of the steel is qualified according to EN and BS standard.
After steel coil in raw material stock,  production arrange forming into C Profile. We use integrated scaffold boards machinery by adjusting moulds and jigs to each sizes and specifications scaffold boards
Main Boards will be welded with end caps and stiffeners. 
Marks and logos will be embossed on end caps if needed.
After welding, GI scaffold boards need to be re-painted at the welding lines. 
Scaffold boards can be loaded into container by bulk or by pallets according to customized requirement.
