Usage of the 320mm Scaffolding Plank 

320mm Scaffolding Planks are components of layher allround  System and Ringlock Scaffolding System Scaffold New Zealand.  There are steel planks for O ledger and planks for U Ledgers according to hooks types.


320mm Scaffolding Plank Profile 


The Scaffolding Plank Main Board Body is produced by special shaped steel profile structure. End Caps, Hooks are welded on both ends of the steel planks with locks.
The steel profile are in 76mm height. Steel grade of the profile should be in S235 grade.

Surface treatment of the Layher 320mm Steel Plank Profile 


According to customer's requirement, there are 2 types of scaffolding planks, one is made from pre-galvanized steel profile. The 320mm Steel Planks can be in Black, finished by hot dip galvanizing. Pre-galvanized steel planks are cheap with thinner zinc thickness. Hot dip galvanized steel planks are more durable with longer life than pre-galvanized, but expensive in cost.

Wellmade Scaffold 320mm steel plank profiles are manufacturing to Europe and New Zealand Scaffolding Countries. Raw material of the steel planks are tested according to S235 BS1139 standard.
