G Pin is one type of scaffolding prop lock pins. 
According to the diameter, there are 12mm, 14mm, 16mm and 18mm G pins.  G Pin diameter should be matched with the scaffolding prop inner tube holes, normally 2mm less than hole diameter. Bigger Diameter G pins are used for heavier duty formwork props.
G Pin steel grade can be S235, S345 and 8.8 class.
8.8 Class G pin ensure a higher load capacity than normal steel grades in construction and concrete formwork temporary support
Comparing to straight type prop lock pin, G pin is easier and safer in erection and less risk in over insert.
G Pin of the props can be E-galvanized, Hot dip galvanized of durable purpose.
