BS1139 Scaffolding Forged Double Coupler

Forged Double Coupler is a type of BS1139 standard scaffolding clamps and fittings.The double coupler is made from high strength steel round bar , zinc-plated or hot dip galvanized used as a scaffold tube joints in construction and industrial scaffolding erection and rigging.
According to the size of the scaffold tube diameter, forged double coupler can be in OD48.3mm, OD42mm, OD60mm and OD76 and OD89mm. 
According to British standard, the double coupler should be with 8.8 class bolt and nut. While bolt nut should be in 21mm cross with washer.
