Scaffold Board without hooks is one of components and parts for oil and gas rig scaffolding offshore and onshore systems, include tube clamp scaffold, cuplock scaffolding, ringlock scaffolding system, kwikstage scaffolding.  

In some countries, scaffold boards without hooks  are called metal decks.  The size the scaffold boards are customized according to construction scaffolding design. Normally scaffold boards in 210mm, 240mm, 250mm, 230mm, 225mm are most popular used and accepted by KNPC, aramco, Sinopec and China petroleum scaffolding standard. 

Scaffold Boards are produced by pre-galvanized steel plate or painted finishing. Hot dip galvanized scaffold boards are also required in some oil rig scaffolding contractors.
