BS1139 and En39 Difference

For Galvanized Scaffold Tube and Scaffolding Pipes standard,  the most popular international standard is BS1139 and En39 standard.
What is the different between BS1139 and EN39 standard?

EN39  for 3.2mm and 4.0mm tube (Type 3 and Type 4),  Chemical component "Al" needed with length tolerance requirement.
